JAPHETH ODHIAMBO OWUOR

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing on of our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather Japheth Odhiambo Owuor of Rusinga East South Nyanza who peacefully left us at the age of 91 on 07/11/2024.

He was a former Kenya Times Managing Director and also worked at USAID as a Kenyan Mission Training Officer for 14 years.

Japheth Odhiambo Owuor was the son of the late Jehoshaphat Owuor Adede and Agnes Ong’ore Owuor.

Japheth Odhiambo Owuor is bereaved by Martha Odhiambo and Margaret Owuor.

Father of Hellen Odhiambo Odhuno, Grace Atieno, Samuel Odhiambo, the late Risper Odhiambo, Kennedy Odhiambo, Lilian Odhiambo, Linet Odhiambo, Roselyn Odhiambo, Robert Odhiambo, Beatrice Owuor, Thomas Odhiambo, George Owuor, Dorothy Odhiambo, Paul Owuor, Jaqueline Odhiambo, Ronald Odhiambo and Maureen Odhiambo.

The body is lying at Umash Funeral Home in Nairobi. A celebration of his life will be held at Rusinga East South Nyanza.

We invite family and friends to join us in honoring his memory and sharing the joyful moments we cherished together.
