It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mrs. Jekeria Waruinu Cianda of Kiangwaci Market near Shamrock, Gacharu sub-location, Kariti Location, Kirinyaga County.

Daughter of the late Johana Kimani and Esther Njeri. Wife of the late Josphat Gakuru Cianda. Mother of David and Esther Chianda, the late John Kimani and Joyce Wanjiru, Jane and John Bisley, Florence Njeri, Njogu and Florence Chianda, Zack and Priscila Chianda, Obadiah and Micere Kariuki Chianda, Joyce Chianda and the late Halewjn Scheuermandoseph and Emma Chianda, Justin and Rose Gathumbi Chianda.

Sister to the late Zakariah Kihato, the late Hannah, Meri, Dorcas, the late Vashti and Joseph. Mother-in-law to Esther Wanjiku, Joyce Wanjiru, John Bisley, Florence Ng’endo, Prisila Nyambura, Gladwell Micere, the late Halejwin Scheuereman, Emma Wambui and Rose Wanjiru.

Sister-in-law to the late Alphaxard Kibue, Njogu Gakuru, Wangeci Chrispus, Phylis Wanjiru and Micere Gakuru. Auntie to the Kibue’s, Kihato’s, Karisa’s, Njogu’s and Crispus’.

Grandmother to Vera, Nyambura, Njambi, Ngendo, Victor, Eliud, Emmy, Stacey, Vivian, Geoff, Kimotho, Kiundu, Wanjiku, Chianda, Njuguna, Stephanie, Edmund, Mugo, Lenny, Edwin, Juliet, Jalida, Ngalivia, Chianda Murage, Bob, Steve, jackline, Ian and Ivy. Great grandmother to Jabali, Amali, Aimee, Cinji, Aiko, Kalem Kremeier, Njeri, Mapeshi, Naila, Dzifa, Gabriel, Michael,Atiye.

Family and Friends are meeting at her Kiangwaci/Shamrock home Daily from 3.00pm & St. Andrews Church Nairobi from 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday 11/02/2022.

The cortege Leaves Montenzuma – Thika Road on 15/02/2022, at 8.00am. There will be a Church Service/Funeral Mass at her home at Kiangwaci Market/Shamrock. The Burial will take place at her home in Kiangwaci Market/Shamrock, Sub-location Gacharu Location Kariti County Kirinyaga, on Tuesday 15/02/2022.
