We regret to announce the untimely death of Mrs. Jennifer Juma Owino, who until the time of her demise was the Principal of Eldoret Union Primary School.

Daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Otieno Ohanya and Mrs. Lucia Atieno Otieno of Kamrembo Siwandhe village, Ugenya, Siaya County. Wife of Mr. Vincent Owino Ochanda (Formerly of Kenya Police Service, Bungoma). Daughter-in-law of Mr. Clemence Ochanda Muok and Felistus Opiyo (mama Plister). Mother of Liz Achieng’ (Sickle Cell Better Life, Eldoret), Kevin Omondi (Student, JKUAT), Geofrey Ochieng’ (Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret), Felistus Owino (Entrepreneur, Nairobi), Lucy Atieno (student, Strathmore University) and Silas Omondi. Sister of Florence Awuor (Kenya News Agency), the late Gorrety Achieng, Evaline Akinyi (Britam), the late Millicent Adhiambo, Emily Atieno (Mariakani Cottage Hospital, Kitengela), the late David Onyango, Steven Omondi (BLTA Solutions) and Francisca Akoth (Senegal). Sister in law of Bernard Ogot, the late Stephen Omondi (Osito), the late George Omondi, Quinter Adhiambo Abade, Narman Ouma, William Ohowa, Maurice Ahadho and Rafael Hernandez. Mother-in-law of Kezzie Ochieng’ and Bernard Ochieng:

Burial will take place on Saturday, 14th March 2020, at her home in Siranga Village, Ugenya, Siaya County.
