JERIOTH WAMBUI KAMAU

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of Mrs. Jerioth Wambui Kamau on 22nd September 2024 peacefully at home.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Alexander and Bernice Kimaru, and sister of the late Kabugo Irimu, the late David Gathangira, the late Eliud Muchiri, the late Ella Gakuo, the late Elizabeth Wairimu, the late Macho Kimaru, the late Geoffrey Gathuthi, Gladys Wamaitha, Priscilla Kirigo, the late Lynda Urbani, the late Gikaria Kimaru and Eugenia Matindi.

She was the loving wife of the late Dr James Kamau and a doting mother of Bernice Gachegu, Kimuri Gitau, Jennifer Gitau, Patrick Kamau, Joel Githiri, Amb. Jean Kamau, Angela Kamau, Nellie Kamau, Linda Kariuki, and Dr. Kabugo Kamau. 

She was a loving aunt of many nieces and nephews, a proud grandmother of Gitonga, Wangari and Dr. Kamau, Wambui and Waithera, Wambui, Warigia and Wanjiku, Cungu, Charagu, Kamau, Mukuhi and Mungai, Shiloh and Madison, Mugo and Kanini, and Cungu and Kimuri, and a great grandmother of Kemie and Malachi.

Friends and family are gathering at Parklands Baptist Church on Thursday, 26th September 2024 at 5.00pm and at the home in Githioro at 4.30pm daily.
