Son of the late Osoro Getanda and Mama Moraa Gechenge. Husband of the late Rachael Moraa Saruria. Father of Nicodemus (Kennedy), Beatrice, Jason, jackline Evalyne, Hesbon, Mondesta (Nancy), Isabela and the late Melody. Brother of Gedion Mogaka, the late Mong’ina, late Hudson Makori, the late Kemunto, Nyakerario and Jashford Bikundo. Nephew of Nyayiemi Mairura, Nyaberi Agoso Ogoti Mungei, Chrisantos Monari, Magare, Nyang’anyi and Nyanchama among others.

Uncle of Salex Osoro, late Ratemo, the late Peter, Joyce, the late Peter Makori,Tabitha Otwoma, Nyagwencha, Mayaka Ogeto, Nyayiemi and Grace among others. Korera of Fred Bosire, Silas Gichana, Daniel Ogoti, Makori and Joseph Ongeri. Father-in-law of Dr. Methusellah Gichana, Obed Makori, Richardo, Aziz, Salome and Deborah. Grandfather of Brian, Kebati, Elvis, Josphat, Yvonne, Jesse, Laureen, Fiona, Elizabeth, Josef, Mariam, Delphine, Ruth, Vicy, Lenin, Gideon, Elisha, Dan, Eunice, Moraa, Raylee and Hezron.

The cortege leaves Gucha Hospital, Mortuary Keroka on Thursday 16th, April for funeral service and Burial at Riamokogoti on Friday 17th April 2020 from 10 am.
