JOEL MUGO MUNGA (KAMBO)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Mugo Family announces the death of its Patriarch Joel Mugo Munga (Kambo) of Kariambi Village, Gathehu Sub-Location, Mathira, Nyeri County.

Husband to Joan Wanjiru Mugo. Father to Francis Karimi, Charles Gikonyo, Late Joseph Kinyua, James Gathungu, Benson Gichu, Hon. Judge David Mwangi, Lucy Wairimu, Jackson Miano and Peris Muthoni. He was father-in-law to Lucy Wamaitha Karimi, Nancy Wangechi Gikonyo, Catherine Mugure Kinyua, Jane Nyokabi Gathungu, Teresa Njeri Gichu, Esther Wamaitha Mwangi, Hon. James Muriuki Macharia, Isaac Kamau and Monica Wachira.

Son of the Late Peter Munga (Kambo) and Late LuciaWairimu Kambo. Brother to Cecilia Nyawira Githui, Joseph Kinyua Kambo, Teresa Waruguru Kariithi.

Grandfather to Mugos, Wanjirus and many others. Great Grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral Church, Nairobi on Tuesday 28th February 2023 and Wednesday 1st March 2023 from 5.30pm and at his home in Gathehu, Kariambi Village every day from Sunday 26th February 2023 to 2nd March 2023.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary on Friday 3rd March 2023 at 8.30am for a funeral service at 10.00am at his home in Kariambi Village and thereafter the interment of the body will be take place at the same venue.
