It is with deep sorrow that we the Kativini family announce promotion to glory of John Kativini Kioko that occurred on Wednesday 13th May 2020 at his Kinyui home.

Son of the late Kioko Nzuki and the late Ngusye Kioko. Husband of the late Agnes Mueni Kativini. Brother of the late Muange, Wavinya, Councilor Joseph Kioko and the late Munyiva.

Loving father of the late Munyao, Henry Muli, Jane Kavindu, Arch. Jackson Mutua (Public Works- Nairobi), QS. Mbinda Kativini (Public Works – Nairobi) and Titus Kyalo. Loving Father-in-Law of late Regina Mull, Flora Mutua (MSC- Public Service), MaKena Mbinda (Machakos Town Primary),Assumpta, the late Betty Kyalo, Satoko Kyalo (Japan)and Edward Mutiso Wambua. Loving grandfather of Nduku, late Nico Mbisi, Nzilani, Kate (Tuskys Ananas-Thika), Carol (Somak), Amba (Andela- Kenya), Grace, Pastor Mercy (AIC-Thika), Syokau (Australia), Nthenya, Kioko, Mwende (Australia), Maureeni, Ann, Vivian, Mueni, Wayne (USA), Agnes Mako (Japan), Kativini Junior and Cythia. Great grandfather of Lynn, Ryan, Nimmo, Amani, John, Ruby and Kaelan Wambugu. Son-in-Law of the late Wambua Mukutha and Mary Wayua. Brother-in-law of late Nthambi, the late Mbethi, late Mbinya, the late Martha, late Nzioki and Nduku.

The cortege leaves Machakos Funeral Home at 8.00 am on 16th May 2020 for funeral service and burial at his home Maeleleni village, Kinyui location, Matungulu sub county.
