It is with deep sorrow & humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely passing on of John Japheth Kisegu of Inspectorate of State Corporations, Cabinet Affairs Office in the Executive Office of the President on 21st June, 2021 at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Son of Japheth lvayo and Helna Makungu. Husband of Fridah Nekesa & Sharon Kavosa. Father of Felix Kisegu, Faith Mulaka, Walter lvayo, Rehema Nafula, Daisy Makungu, & Junnel Ngesa. Brother of Elizabeth, George, Joseph, Reuben, the late Aluda, Beatrice, Ford, Violet, Getrine, Rodgers. Brother-in-law of Beatrice, Ben, Juma, lmeldah, Dorrice, Moses, Lazarus, Brian & Hildah.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at his home in Musembe Village, Chekalini Location, Lugari Sub-county, Kakamega County.

The cortege leaves MTRH Funeral Home on Friday, 2nd July, 2021 at noon for a memorial service at his home. He will be laid to rest the following day, Saturday 3rd July, 2021 at his home in Musembe Village, Chekalini Location, Lugari Sub-county, Kakamega County.

 John 14:3 “…and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”
