JOHN NJOROGE WATHITHI

Its with profound sadness to announce the death of John Njoroge Wathithi of Mach feeds (Thika) through a tragic road accident on Sunday 7 th June 2024.

He was loving husband of Ester Wanjiku Njoroge (MKU, Thika). Dad of Edwin mugo Njoroge (Egypro E.A) and Stephen Waweru Njoroge (Chania Emporium, Thika).

He was son of Veronicah Wathithi Kiongo (USA) and the late Francis Kiongo. He is a brother of Jane Wangui Kiongo (Wa saeed, USA), Julia Thurubia (Juliekids, Mukarara), Catherine Kiongo (Brymax, Thika), Steven Waweru (Wawes, Ofafa Estate).

He was a nephew of Magdalene Wanjiku (Maguguni), Thurubia Wa Kibunja (Makwa), the late Paul Gathurithu (soldier), the late Michael Wahinya (Ngari), and the late Lucy Nyamiru Ngigi (Muirigo).

He was a cousin of Wanjiru Maruri (Kiserian), Kamau Wanjiku (USA), Njoroge Nyamiru (Makongeni, Thika), Wangui Wahinya, Njoroge Gathurithu and others.

Uncle of Saeed Abdo (Al-Halal Butchery, Thika), John Njoroge (Equity Bank, Mlolongo), Celina (Numida), Brian, Maxwell, Kevin, Ivy (St Angela Girls, Kiria-Ini) and

others. Grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting at his residence in ofafa estate Thika house no Y11 from 7.00pm daily for burial arrangements. The cortège leaves Bishop Okoye funeral home Thika on Monday 24th June 2024, church service will be at St. Patricks Catholic Church, Thika at 10.00am. Thereafter burial to take place Muirigo Village, Chania Ward, Gatundu North.
