It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the passing away of John Okundi Omwoyo. An advocate of the High Court of Kenya (Okundi Omwoyo & Co. Advocates) and a former employee in the Ministry of Labour (Nyayo House).

Son of the late Charles Omwoyo and the late Mokeira Omwoyo. Loving husband of Sarah Njuhi Mwenda, Chief Land Registrar, Min. of Lands & Physical Planning. Son-in-law of the late John Macharia Mwenda and the late Ruth Mwenda. Father of Mary Nyambeki (Advocate), George Abusa (Pondicherry University India), Hedwig Macharia (USIU), Fiona Nyakiri (Monash University Australia).

Funeral arrangements are on-going and the burial date will be announced at a later date.
