It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mr. John Otieno
Opiyo, Senior Superintendent of police, who until his demise on 15/09/2023 through a tragic road accident,
was the County Administration Police Commander, TransNzoia.

Son to Mama Silpa Aoko Opiyo and the late MzeeHarizon Opiyo.

Beloved husband to Caroline Atieno Otieno. Father to Effie, Fedinant, Fildas Opiyo and the late Daizy.

Brother to Charles Opiyo(Borabora), Joshua, Daniel, Tobias, Eric, Kennedy, Victor, Quintet, Kevin, Esther, the
late Pamela and Monica.

Father-in-law to Pamela Atiama. Grandfather to Elly John.

Brother-in-law to Julia, Penina, Elida, Esther, Rose, Esther Ogutu and the late James Ogutu of Kakdhimu.

The cortege leaves Kirindo Mortuary on 12/10/2023 for a church service and night vigil. Funeral service and burial will take place on 13/10/2023 at his home in Miranga Village, West Kanyadoto Ward, Ndhiwa Sub County of Homabay County.

Your life was a blessing and inspiration of hope to us.We loved you so much but God loved you more.
