It is with deep Sorrow and pain we announce sudden death of Mr. Joseph B. Moseti Onuong’a. He is a retired teacher, S.D.A. Maburi Church elder and Chairman Maburi School.

Son of the late Abraham Onuong’a and Bathseba Mwatia. Husband of the late Mokeira Moseti and Jerusha Moseti.

Loving father of Thomas, Daniel (Kuwait), Elijah (KRA), Damaris (TUM), Fred, Evelyn,-Wilfred (UoK) and Collins. Grandfather of Raylee, Yunuke, Onuong’a, Valerie, Moseti, Bathsheba, Quinter, Joshua, Yvonne and Kerubo. Father in-law of Sharon (Kuwait), Janet, Geoffrey, Kwamboka and Jared (KSA)

Brother of Otiso, Mokeira, the late (Mbisi, Yunuke, Hezron, Kemunto, Samuel and Joshua).

Son-in law of the late Nyambane Nyabwera, Mwango Nyambane, Onchiri and Mogute. Semo of Nyansimera, Nyabuto, Omwena, Gilbert and Mosoti. Brother In-law of Getate, Priscah, Mellen, Rosemary (Kericho ITC), Mogaka, Ndege, Kwamboka, Kebande, Mary, Auka Patrick, Mogire,Araka, Samson, Onsare, Grace, Zipporah, late (Teresa, Divina,Yvonne) and others. Uncle of Nyagero, Zablon, Obuchi,Auma, Mobutu, Roise, Dominic, Hilda among others.

Friends and family are meeting on 28th July 2020 for final preparations and fundraising.

The cortege leaves Christa Marianne on 30th July 2020 and burial will be on 31st July 2020 at his home Maburi Village, Birongo Sub-location, Kisii county.
