JOSEPH FRANCIS MAINGI MURAYA (ENGINEER)

We regret to announce the death of Joseph Francis Maingi Muraya (Engineer) of Timbo Construction Co. Ltd, Nakuru that occurred on Saturday 5th December, 2020.

Son of the late Muraya Mbuthia and the late Esther Wangui Muraya of Matharu Timboroa. Husband of Mary Wairimu Maingi. Father of Esther Wangui Chikwaza (Nairobi), Anne Wanplcu (U.S.I.U), David Muraya and Kenneth Kamunge (U.S.I.U). Brother- of the late Samuel Mbuthia, the late Jane Njeri Gitau, and the late Joseph Njuguna, Fredrick Muraya Mbuthia (Kamanga) of Our Lady of Mercy Primary School, Bahati, Pastor Pauline Wanjohi (Kinoo) and Teresiah Wanjiru Kiarie (Auditor General Office Nairobi).

He was brother In-law to John Gitau Kimani (Wanyororo A), Jane Wangari (Ahero and Kimilili), Jane Wangui Muraya (Kiratina), Professor James Muthomi of Faculty of Agriculture (UON), David Kiarie (ISA Kenya), Cyrus Gikonyo, James Kamunge (Anestar Schools), Joyce Wangui, Nancy Njanibi, Edith Mugatha, late Milkali Nyambura and late Teresiah Njenga. Uncle, Cousin, Grandfather and Great Grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting at his residence new- jubilee House Nakuru Milimani, at 3pm every day and Nakuru Athletic Club at 6pm in the evening for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege will leave PN.N Mortuary Nakuru on Wednesday 16th December, 2020 at exactly 6.00 am for funeral service and burial at his home In Matharu, Timboroa, Uasin Gishu County.
