It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Gilbert Kibe, announce his death on Wednesday 1st December, 2021.

We give thanks to God for his life and for the great love he bestowed on us as a husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a friend to many.

Husband of Monica Gathoni Kibe. Father of Gilbert & Josephine Macharia, Margaret Kibe and Victor & Grace Mbugua. Grandfather of Mike & Tracey, Amanda, Andrew and Michelle, Elizabeth and Sophia. Great-grandfather of Marc. Brother of the Late Augustine Kahiga Gilbert, Agnes Wanjiru Gilbert, Teresia Wangari Muturi and Julius Gilbert Kimari.

As per Joe Kibe’s wishes, there will be a private family interment. His Memorial Service will be held at the Consolata Shrine, Westlands on Wednesday 15th December, 2021, starting at 10.00am.

Meetings with the family will be held at their home from Sunday 5th December; 2021, to Tuesday 7th December, 2021, from 2.00pm – 4.00pm.
