JOSEPH GITHUA KARIUKI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Joseph Githua Kariuki of Kamulu which occurred on 21st of June 2020 after a long illness.

Son of the late Nyakihu Kariuki of Muruguru Village, Nyeri. Beloved husband of Esther Wakarima Githua (Nyahururu Enterprises-Gikomba). Loving father of the late Maxwell Kariuki and the late Josephine Njeri, Anthony Kamoche and Eunice Wangari (Kamulu), Gladys Gathoni (Ciderside Textiles, Gikomba) and Eng. John Ndinika (KeNHa), the late Jimmy Ichangai and Jane Njoki (UK), Stephen Mwangi and Augusta Njeri (UK).

Brother of the late James Ichangai (Eldoret),  Agnes Wanjugu (Ol-jaber) and the late Christopher Gaita (Nairobi). Brother-in-law of the late Mary Kagure Ichangai, Lucy Gaita, the late Karuga Kamoche, Grace Wamuyu, Margaret Nyambura, the late Patrick Migwi and Wahome Kamoche (all of Ol-Kalou). Grandfather of Kevin Githua, Kennedy Muriuki and Milka Wairimu, Joseph Githua, Dr Helen Wambui, Brian Mbuthia, Esther Wakarima, Emily Wakarima, Esther Kamoche, Ryan Githua and Joan Wairimu. He had four great grand Children.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral home on Friday 26th June 2020 at 6.30am for the funeral service and burial in his home at Kamulu starting at 10 am.
