JOSEPH IRUNGU ELI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Joseph Irungu Eli which occurred on 26th June 2020.

Son of the late Augustine Eli Mwangi Iand the late Joyce Kabura Eli. Brother of late Josephine Waiyego Kangatta. Husband of Alice Kabura Joseph. Father of Grace Wambui Ngechu and Arthur Ngechu (Kiria Sub-location), Florence Wacuka (UK), Jane Waiyego (Solar Estate Toll) and Nancy Wanjiru (UK).

Brother-in-law of late Joseph Kangatta, late Gichia (U.S.A), Arthur Theuri, the late Wacu Kamau, the late Ruthi, Nga’ng’a and the late Grace Wambui. Grandfather of Tabitha Nduta, Lincoln Waithanji, Joseph Kinuthia, Alice Kabura, Kevin Kinuthia among others. He was an uncle of many, great grandfather of many.

Meetings are being held at his home in Gathinja and Solar Estate Toll.

The cortege leaves Montezuma & Monalisa Funeral Home Kabati on Thursday 2nd July 2020 at 8:00am. Thereafter burial will be held at his farm in Gathirija Village, Mukangu Location, Murang’a County.
