It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Joseph Maina Wanjohi. He was born in Gachuiro Village, Kirimukuyu Sublocation, Mathira Location

Son of the late Wanjohi wa Kamau and late Eunice Nduta. Husband of Winfred Wangechi Maina. Father of Watson Theuri, Zachary Wanjohi, Robert Kamau and Peter Rugu. Father in law of Elizabeth Mugure and Keziah Muthoni. Brother of Alice Kingathia, Kamau Wanjohi, Peris Wairimu, Dedan Kariuki, Ann Wangechi, Mary Wangari and Loice Wambui. Son in law of the late Watson Theuri Rugu and the late Mary Wanjiku Theuri. Grandfather of Nicole Wangechi, Natalia Wanjiku, Nelly Wambui, Gabriel Maina, Norah Njambi and Natasha Wangui.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Ngooru home for prayers and funeral arrangements starting at 3.00 p.m.

The cortege leaves Consolata Hospital Mathari, Nyeri Funeral Home, on Friday 23rd October 2020 at 8.00 a.m for funeral service and burial thereafter at his farm in Ngooru Village, Kimathi location, Nyeri County starting at 10.00am.
