It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing on of Josephine Adhiambo on 3rd July 2024.

She was the daughter of Daniel Awino Obambo and Jane Onyango Walo of Kawino Village, Kasipul Sub-County.

Daughter in-law of Jared Obondi and Ruth Opole of Kachien Location, Homa-Bay County.

Wife of Dean Obondi, Mother of Ruby Mich Obondi. Sister of Wills, Fredrik, Isca, Ruth, Jackson. Sister-in-law of Maureen, Ritah, Michael, Mark. Auntie of Dayo, Joseph, Bella, Zhola, Wendo, Warren, Carl, Favor, Fantasia, Precious and Junior.

The cortege leaves MP Shah Funeral Home on Thursday 18th July 2024 at 7:00 am after a brief service at the funeral home.

The burial will be held on Friday 19th July 2024 at her South Kachien home, Kasipul Sub-County, Homa Bay County.

A Fundraiser to defray the funeral expenses shall be held on Wednesday 17th July 2024 online from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”- Rev. 21:4
