It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the promotion to glory of Josphat Kirigia M’Aburi on 3rd June 2022.

Son of the late Aburi M’Mukindia and Rebecca Aburi.

Husband to the late Rose Gakii Kirigia of Ntemwene (Kibari Village), South Imenti, Meru County.

Brother to the late Solomon Mutonga, the late Jotham Thuranira, the late Tabitha M’Itunga, the late Susan M’Kiambati, the late Rael Kagutu Mburugu, Janet M’Tuamwari, and Charity Muthamia.

Father of the late Julius Murithi, Prof. Joses Kirigia, Titus Mwirigi, Dr. Doris Kirigia, Judy Kirigia, Benson Koome, Mercy Mwendwa and Laban Kirimi.

Father-in-law of Lenity Kainyu, Jane Kanana, and Pauline Wavinya. Grandfather of Kithinji, Regina, Kathure, Mutethia, Gitonga, Karimi,Tina,Wendy, Joy, Mutuma, Munene, Jason, Jayden, and Ruby. Great grandfather of Sheira, Gift, Angel, Emmanuel, and Muthomi.

The cortege leaves Consolata Mission Hospital Nkubu at 8.00am on Monday 13th June 2022 for the funeral service at Ntemwene Methodist Church at 9:30am. Thereafter, he will be laid to rest at their residence in Kibari village Ntemwene.
