JOY ATIENO ODHIAMBO

The Alal family regrets to announce the death of Joy Atieno Odhiambo, after succumbing to Lymphatic Cancer on 11th July, 2021 at Pandya Hospital, Mombasa.

She was a loving daughter to John Odhiambo Alal of Mombasa Water and Sanitation Company and Maureen Mudi of Media Council of Kenya.

Joy is survived by three sisters; Hope Musanga, Manuella Mulupe and Jalia Nnamdi Achola.

Joy was a granddaughter to the late Pius Alal Atokah, the late Fleria Atieno and the late Maslina Achola, the late James Mudi and Mable Mudi.

She is niece to Pius Omondi, Jacklyne, Sam, Rose, Frank, Adelaide, George, Tedyline, Silas Wafula, Bilha, Catherine, Irene, Christopher, Micah, Susan, Evalyne, Peterson, Mbithe, Gimson. Cousin to Dennis, Emmanuel, Baron, June, Churchill, Sheba, Mordix, Hurton, Vinpius, Jeremy, Bravin, Troy, Zuri, Brian, Mercy, Brighton, Barbie, Benjamin, Mary, Martha, Derrick, Richard, Bridgit, Pepe, Babji, Dama, Eric & Daisy.

Burial will be at Kabondo Kasipul, Ramula location, Kariany village in Homa Bay County on Monday 19th July 2021.
