JOY VIOLET MAYABI

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the demise of Joy Violet Mayabi of the Executive Office of the President – Cabinet Affairs Office, which occurred on 30th September, 2021, at the Komarock Modern Hospital, Nairobi.

Daughter to the late Rosemary Liyala and Yekoyada Liyala of Nyambula Village, Marachi Busia. A dear Wife to Thomas Mbeche of Nyakach. A most cherished mother to Elizabeth (Akinyi), Dorah, Davis, Jael, Ronald and Aggrey. Step-mother to Allan, Molly, Phylis, Leonard, Eliza, Robin and Liz. Sister to Jeridah Phynolysan, the late Julian. Step-sister to Bernice, Frida, Elvis, Lavender, Justus, Apolio, Wangusi, Bos and Rebbeca.

Sister-in-law to, Belly, Dan, Jossy, Julius and Dorine. Grandmother to Sharleen, Sasha, Blessing, Joy, Rodgers, Carlos Kylian, Leticia, Valencia, Marcello, JIan and Valencia Okello.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home (Mbagathi Road, Nairobi), on Friday 15th October, 2021, for burial at Kambeche village, East Koguta Sub-location, Sigoti Location, Nyakach, Kisumu County on 16th October, 2021.
