It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Sis Joyce Wanjiru Miringu that occurred on 4th August 2020 at The Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital.

Daughter of the late Hezekiah Miringu, the late Esther Gachambi and the late Beatrice Nyakio. Loving mother of Nickson Miringu, Brian Mbugua and Kennedy Njoroge. Mother in love to Brenda Njeri. Grandmother of Nathaniel Miringu Mbugua. Sister of the late Margret Wagikuyu, Michael Mbugua, Cecilia Wagikuyu, Ruth Wagikuyu, George Gitangu, the late John Mbugua, Charles Njoroge, Peter Kamwati, Priscilla Njeri, Edward Chere, Obadiah Kamwati, Francis Thiongo, Jane Wambui, Rev Ruth Wanjiru, Richard Njau, the late Leonard Chere, Lilian Wambui, Stephen Kamau,Wilfred Wanjuu the late John Wahinya and Willy Wainana. Cousin, auntie and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 11th August 2020 at 0800hr for the funeral service and burial at her Kawira Mangu home In Kiambu County.
