It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of a Matriach Mrs Julia Gitiri Perminus on 14th October 2021.

Beloved wife of the late Councilor Perminus Ndwiga Gitanguthi of Mutunduri, Embu County. Loving mother of Martha (US), Patrick and Pamella, Njura and Waithaka, Edith and Mungai, Madrine and Nthiga, the late Margery Karuga, Zippy (UK), Lilian and Charity & Njue. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs Solomon Kings of Manyatta, Embu County. Sister to the late Naftaly, Monica, the late Eliakim, the late Njiru, Gicuku, the late Munyi, the late Njagi, the late Njeru, Mbogo, Marigu and Sarah.

Grandmother to Erick (US), Dennis, John, Joy (US), the late Allan, Kelvin, Kenneth, Bill, Linda, Lynett, Collins, Tatiana, Brian, Ian, Robin and Alina. Great-grandmother to Wema, Liam, Irma, Ethan, Michael, Munene, Orton and Murugi. Aunt to Jim (UK), Dr and Mrs Kiboi, Dennis, Benson, Munene, Kamwende, Dickson and Hon Muchiri (MP Manyatta), among others.

Family and friends are meeting at her home Mutunduri village, Embu County, for prayers and funeral arrangement.

The cortege will leave Gakwegori Funeral Home on Friday 22nd October, 2021 at 8.00am, for funeral service at her home in Mutunduri village Embu.
