JULIA SIMIYU MUTHONI

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Julia Simiyu Muthoni of Lugari, Webuye, who sadly lost her life on 17th August 2020 after a short illness.

Wife of Richard Mukechi Simiyu. Loving mother of Nelly K. Simiyu (EABL), Rosekate Simiyu (Moi University), Yvonne Nekesa (JKUAT), Emmanuel Mukechi Simiyu (KEMU) and Ashley Kendi Simiyu (St Teresa Tar Tar). She was blessed with one grandson Ivan Richard. Daughter of the Late Charles Kamwara and the late Anne Maitha. Sister of Aaron Micheni Jennifer Kagendo, Eva Karimi and the late Elias Karimi. Daughter-in-law of the Late Hudson Mukechi of Maturu sub-location and the Lite Fridah Namatala Sister in-law of Edward, Festus(Assistant Chief Maturu sub location), Pastor Bernard, Samson (KWS), Robert, Anne and Norah.A unt, a cousin and a friend to Many.

Family and Friends are meeting for prayers at their Family home in Bamoa, Njiiru everyday in the evening in strict compliance with the Covid- 19 guideline.

The Cortege leaves their home on Friday 21st Aug 2020 for funeral Service and Burial in Lugari subcounty, Chekalini location, Koromaiti village – Landmark Bishop Njenga Girls High School on Saturday 22nd Aug 2020.
