JULIUS MBAYA MWONGERA

It is with great sadness and acceptance of God’s will that the family of Julius Mbaya Mwongera announce his passing on to glory on 5th September 2020.

Son of the late Mwongera Kague and the late Teresa lruma. He was beloved husband of Juliet Karimi Mbaya. Beloved father of Milicent Kagendo, Jacqueline Muthoni and Andrew Mwambia. He was brother of Pharis Kaburu, Humphrey Riungu, John Miriti, Harriet Kainyu Goffer and Alexander Nyaga He was son-in-law of the late Albert M’birichi and the late Jennifer Muthoni. Brother-in-law of Sebastian Njue, the late Felix Nyaga, Mary Njeri, Charles Mbae, Nicholas Ntwiga, Gitonga Kariuki, the late Evangeline Muiya, Catherine Kagendo, Oswald lreri and the late Emilio Kamundi. He was father in law of Herman Omondi and Grace Auma. Most dear grandpa to Brian, Samantha, Joel, Anthony Kyle Munene and Yuri Joseph. Beloved uncle of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at his home in Kirigi South Village, Iruma Location, Maara Sub-county, Tharaka Nithi County.

The cortege will leave Chogoria Mission Hospital Mortuary at 7.30 am for funeral service and burial at his farm on Friday 11th September 2020.
