JUSTUS EDWARD MUTURA KABUBIA

(September 28, 1932 – July 21, 2021)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved Patriach, Mr Justus Edward Mutura Kabubia, at PCEA Chogoria Hospital, after illness bravely borne.

He was son to the late Nathaniel Kabubia and the late Rebecca Kabubia. He was the son in law to the late Gerald and Janet M’Aburi. Mr. Mutura is survived by his beloved wife, Mrs. Geraldine Tirindi Mutura, his children, the late Anderson Kibaara, Chrysostom Kaaria, Tennyson Mugambi, Franklin Mwiti, the late Geoffrey Kimathi, Jessica Ariel Prince, and Joy Waswani.

He was brother to the late Gerald Meru, father in law to Gaspelina Kinanu, the late Catherine Kaaria, the late Mary Gantuku, Roseline Wangari, Esperanza Mwiti, David Prince, Habil Waswani, and grand father to the late Mutuma Kaaria, Rosemary Nkatha, Lawrence Muthomi, Lina Nkatha, Kevin Mwenda, Dennis Murangiri, Glory Makandi, Victor Koome, Karen Murugi, Sashay Waswani, Sakina Waswani, James Waswani, and Is survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and great grand children.

Family and friends continue meeting at his home at Ngongo, Gitune village for prayers and preparations towards laying to rest of his body on Friday 30 July 2021.

The Cortege will leave PCEA Chogoria Hospital at 9am, on July 30, 2021, proceeding to a celebration service at PCEA Ngongo Church, whereafter his body will be laid to rest at his home in Ngongo, Gitune Village, Meru.

Papa, we loved you and believe that we will soon be united with you and our Heavenly Father on completion of our earthly assignment. Till then, Rest in Eternal Peace.
