LAWRENCE GITHINJI NGACHA

It is with great disbelief and profound shock that we announce the sudden demise of His Worship Lawrence Githinji Ngacha, our beloved patriarch.

Son to the late Moses Ngacha Kibiri and Rose Wangari Ngacha. Beloved husband to Jane Wanjiru Githinji. Loving father to Rosemary Wangari, Sophia Wambui, Moses Ngacha, Joyce and Eric Kimathi. A doting grandfather to Wayne Mwendi, Hazel Kinya and many others.

Brother to Joyce Wanjiku and the late Harris Kimani (of Ngecha), Joseph Kimani and Mary Kimani (Jipsy Contractors).

Brother-in-law to Lucy Wabacha, Michael Kimani, Monica Wabacha, Josephine Wabacha, the late Susan Ruguru, and Muthemba Wabacha. He was an uncle to many.

Family and friends will continue to meet at his residence in Jamhuri Estate -Phase I, Court C, from Thursday 6th October, 2022 at 5:30pm to Monday 10th October, 2022 for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The celebration of life events will take place as follows: A Memorial Service at the PCEA St. Andrew’s Church, Nairobi on Tuesday 11th October, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

Family & friends shall meet at Montezuma Funeral Home – Kabati (Thika Road) on Friday 14th October, 2022 at 7:30am and then leave at 8:00 am for the service at PCEA Mihuti Church in Mukurwe-ini starting at 10:00 am. The burial ceremony will thereafter take place at his home in Mukurwe-ini.
