LAWRENCE MUCERI IRERI NCHEGE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Lawrence Muceri lreri Nchege, of Kenya Safari Lodges and Hotel – Mombasa, after a short illness.

Son of the late Wilfred Nchege and Juliet Kaguna of Konyo Village, Kanthiiri Sub-location, Rubate Location, Tharaka Nithi. Beloved husband of Leticia Wawira and the late Janet Nyaguthie Karuri. A loving and caring father to Tracy Kawira and Brenda Mumbi. Brother of John Kinyua, Joyce Kathambi, Murithi Nchege and Humphrey Njue. Son-in-law to Seleste Njiru and Helen Wanja, George Karuri and the late Mary Wanjiku Karuri. Brother-in-law, cousin, uncle and friend to many that he dearly loved. A great colleague to many in the hotel industry.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at Summit Grill VOK, Mombasa and at their home in Rubate daily, starting at 6.00pm.

The cortege will leave Jocham Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 7th December 2021. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 8th December, 2021, starting 10.00am, at Maabi Primary School, Rubate Konyo Village, Kanthiiri Sub-location, Chuka Tharaka Nithi and thereafter the final burial rites at their home stead.

We loved you but God loved you more. May your soul rest in God’s hands forever. Amen!
