LAY CANNON RACHEAL NJOKI MITHAMO

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the sudden demise of Lay Cannon Racheal Njoki Mithamo, former chief principal of Ngiriambu and Mutira Girls Secondary Schools after a short illness on Tuesday March 30th 2021 at Outspan Hospital Nyeri.

Wife of the late Stephen Mithamo Wamwati. Adored mother of Carolyne Karimi, Joseph Mithamo, George Njeru (Czech Republic) and Karin Wanjiku (USA). Mother-in-love of Grace Muthoni and Reuben Mollel (USA). Loving grandmother of Racheal Muthoni, Rose Debra, Racheal Ivy Njoki, Sandra Mukami, Alvin Sidan, Lucas Stephen Mithamo and others.

Sister of the late Duncan Gachoki, Jane Wambui, Vincent, late Josphat Gakungo, Nancy Muriethi Gakuo, Judy Nyaga, Geoffrey Gichobi and Margret Macharia. Step-sister of Peter Ngari, Fredrick Bundi, Esther Njoki and Bancy Njeri. Sister-in-love of late Simon Munene, Eliud Gakere and Josiah Kangangi. A loving cousin, auntie, grandmother and friend to many.

The cortege will leave ACK Mount Kenya Funeral Home on Wednesday 7th April 2021 at 9.00am. The funeral service will be held at Kimbimbi primary school grounds at 10:30am. Thereafter, the burial will be held at her Kimbimbi residence opposite Karoti Girls High School.
