He was son of the late Salvation Army Major Arthur Maili and Mama Truphena Nambuva of Misiri village, North Nalondo, Kabuchai Location, Kabuchai Central.

Devoted Husband of the late Priscilla Menya Wamatuba. Father to the late Rosemary Mutenyo Wamatuba, Mrs. Florence Namachanja Saka, Mrs. Christine Kirumba, Mrs. Phoebe Kizito, the late Wilberforce Arthur Maili Okello (Mzee), Mrs. Ruth Akelola, Mr. Peter Majale, Mr. Christopher Nato and Ms.TessyWannatuba.

Brother to the late David Kweyu, Marita Walubengo, the late Salome Matumbai, the late Moses Wabwayi, the late Sarah Onalo, the late Esther Mulati and the late John Maili.

Brother-in-law to the late Ruth Vuyiya, the late David Majale, the late Esther Shisya, the late Rose Oketch, Prof. Julia Ojiambo, Mama Anyango Budoyi and Edward Syata.

Father-in-law to Ephraim Saka, Eng. J. Kirumba, Kizito Omollo, David Akelola, the late Prof. Tumbo Oeri, Judy Nato and Jecinta Nato.

Grandfather of the late Sylvia Saka, Christine Saka, Rosemary Were Saka, Steve Saka, Ernest Saka, Maureen Kirumba, Rose Kirumba, Priscilla Menya, Rachel Nyawira, Michelle Kirumba, Joseph Omollo, Emily Wanja, Tel-Aviv Menya Mukama, Amos Cheloti, the late Rachel Menya Cheloti, Wilson Mutsami, Pauline Okore, Philip Akelola, Daniel Maili, Rachel Nato, Christine Nato, Mary Nato and Priscilla Menya Kebati.

Great Grandfather of Lexy Mwendwa, Hushaie Wamatuba, ason Nato, Amanda Menya and Sharleen Nikita Sydney.

Meetings are being held daily at his home in Musikoma, Nambaya Village, Bungoma.

The cortege will leave Lifecare Funeral Home in Bungoma on 14th August 2023. Burial will take place at his home on 15th August 2023.
