It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Lazaro Ihomba Thumbi of Muna Kiawaroga that occurred on 5/07/2024.

Son of the late Thumbi Ngotho and Wanjiku Thumbi of Kiiru Muranga County.

Husband of the late Mary Wanjiru Ihomba.

Father of Keziah Wanjiku, Isaac and Cecilia Maina (Roast House), the late Peninah and Joseph Kimani, Samuel and Irene Ngungu, Daniel Ngotho, David Kamau, Grace Wakarindi, Ruth and Mwaniki, the late Paul and Njambi Kagwi, Susan and David Githiomi and Hannah Waheto.

Brother of Kanja Thumbi, the late Ngotho Thumbi, late Wambui Watheka, Wakonyo Njuguna, Kagwi Thumbi. He was grandfather and great-grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Muna, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Uphome (Uplands) Funeral Home on Friday 12th July 2024 at 9:00am for burial at Kiawaroga, Limuru Sub-County, Kiambu County.
