LEONARD BENSON NJERU

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Rtd Chief Licensing Officer (the then Nairobi City Council) Leonard Benson Njeru after a long illness bravely borne on 30 May 2020.

Beloved husband of Prisca Rwamba. Son of late Benson Njiru, late Emily Wambogo and Gaterina Wambeere. Father of Njiru, Ndwiga, Gicuku, Njeri, Mugera and Mucangi. Brother of Igandu, Ndwiga, Njagi, late Njeru, Muringo, Kariuki, Njoki, Njeru, Muthoni, late Gicuku and Wakina. Father —in —law of Weveti, Nyaga and Wairimu. Grandfather of Mugambi, Wangari, Willie, Njeru, Lorna, Wanjiru, Late Munene, Mumbi,Wambui, Claire and Frazer. Great grandfather of Precious and Gabriel. Cousin, uncle, brother-in-law and friend to all.

Mzee will be laid to rest on Tuesday 9TH June 2020 at his home at Kangaara Village, Kithimu location, Embu County.
