LESLIE KANYEKI WATHIKA

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing on of our beloved Leslie Kanyeki Wathika formerly of BrookHouse School, Karen and a student of Architecture at the University of Kent, UK on the 24th July, 2020.

Beloved son of the Late Honourable Dickson Wathika and Asenath Wacera Wathika. Beloved brother to Linda Wanjiku and Lenny Maina. Beloved grandchild to Grace Wanjiku, the late Rewel Maina and the late Grace Muthoni Maina, Dr Samson and Anne Gatukui, Elizabeth Githure, Aunty Beth Wakarima among others. Nephew to David and Susan Kanyeki, the Late Mama Bonnie and Kimondo, Evans Njogu, Esther Njeri, Sylvia Wanja and Johnson Thumbi, Jimnah and Hellen Kibia. Evanson and Grace Kaburi, Irene Waithera and James Mathenge among many others.

Beloved cousin to Calvin Cassim, Joshua Wathika, Ruth Wanjiku, Caleb Kanyeki, Harriet Muthoni Mahn, Kelvin Thumbi, Brian Maina, Rewel Wanjai and Lynn Muthoni, Rewel Maina and Ashley Niuttioni, Michelle Muthoni, Jacinta Wandia and Justin Nyaga. Beloved friend to many amongst them Nmwin, Thinji, Clarence, Zoe, Jonathan, Jamil, Ngunjiri Kamau ,Samantha Gaithuma, Louisa, Chu, Brandon, Ruth, Terence, Sam Mwaniki, Abigael Wachira, Eugene, Tatyana, Pauline, Ella Ireri, Brian and Ian Kinuthia, Collins Kahinga, Chariton and many others who all loved him dearly.

In observance with the Covids19 guidelines, the family shall hold a private send-off where they will lay his by to rest.
