It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Hon. Linus Nyakundi Mesa of Kehancha Law Courts on 29/08/2021.

Beloved son of Benjamin Mesa Ombogo and Ann Kerubo, loving husband to Diana Kerubo. Doting father to Raphael Ombogo and Annabella Kwamboka. Brother to Ingrid, Emmah and Evans, Mildred, John and Jackline, Egbert and Benter. Son-in-law to David Moreka and Elizabeth Moreka, Brother-in-law to Benadette, Fridah, Angela, Miller, Evelyn, Verona, Emily and Mary among others.

Uncle to Bill, Claire, Nyasu, Ann, Kerry, Aquilla, Israel, Richard Asamba and many others. Nephew to Nyarusa, Buranda, the late Nyanchama, Ongwae, the late Nyangeri, the late Nyagechi, Moraa, Mititi Otero, Cecilia, the late Masita, Moturi, Felisters among others Cousin to Arisa’s, Mokoro’s, Mong’are’s, Ongwaes, Nyeangeri’s, Nyagechi’s, Onsase’s, Mititi’s, Otero’s, Nyangechis’s, Masita’s and Moturi’s among others.

We shall have our final fundraiser to defray funeral costs on Tuesday 7th September 2021 at Cardinal Otunga Plaza Annexe St Cecillia Hall from 5PM.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday 8th September 2021 at St Paul’s University Chapel from 12pm and 10th September 2021 at St Joseph Nyamira Catholic Church at 3pm. Cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on 10th September 2021,

Funeral Service shall be on 11th September 2021 at Getangwa Primary School grounds followed by interment at Mzee Mesa’s home in Getangwa Village, Nyamira County.
