It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the promotion to Glory of Lucy Wangeci Mburu on 17th January 2023 after ailing for a while.

Daughter of the late Johana Kamau and the late Josephine Wangari. Beloved wife to Donald Mburu Njoroge. Adored Daughter-in-law to the late Hezekia Njoroge and the late Peris Wanjiru.

Sister to the late Francis Kirundi, the late Simon Gichari, Mary Wambui, Catherine Wangui and John Macharia. M

other to Annah Wangari, Christine Wambui, Philip Njoroge and Catherine Wanjiru. Mother-in-Law to John Njenga, Moses Karuga, Damaris Muema and Sulaiman Njoroge.

Grandmother to Kinyuru, Magiri, Linda, Lillian, Ciku,Wangeci, Chege, Melissa, Melinna, Dustin and Rooney. She was great grand Mother to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily in Roimen – Kiserian, Umoja – Nairobi and Nakuru.

Burial will be on Friday 27th January 2023 at her farm in Kiamunyi, Nakuru.
