It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of retired teacher Mama Priscah Nakhumicha Mukholi Waliuba (Omuyemba).

Daughter of the late Mzee Thomas Sirisia (Omuyemba)and the late Mama Rose Nabalayo (Omuengele).

Wife of the late Mzee Noah Mukholi Waliuba (Omuwambwa) and co-wife of the late Mama Fridah, the late Mama Melab and Mama Patricia Achieng.

Daughter-in-law of the late Jairus Waliuba and the late Esther Nandutu.

Sister-in-law of the late Mariam, the late Zephaniah, the late Lydia, the late Salome, the late Rose, the late Horris, Boaz Chebweka and Rispah Wafubwa. Sister of Alice, Fred, the late Stephen and the late Josphat.

Mother of Felix Waliuba, Valentine Waliuba (TSC), Peter Waliuba, Ben Musundi Waliubah of M/S.Magare Musundi & Company Advocates, Edwin Mukholi (DCI), Emily Waliuba (Civil Registration Bungoma), Hellen Waliuba (Matili TTI), Stephen Wafula Mukholi (NPS).

Step-mum of Robert, Florence(USA), Christine, Susan,Anthony, Charles, Francis, Doreene (UN,USA), Evans, Dennis (USA), Lilian, Elizabeth, Pauline, Arthur, Jane and George.

Mother-in-law of Agatha Mooli (TSC), Charlene Ndeto, Mercy Koech, Martin Muyala, Stephen Omuse, Nelly Nabiranda, Caroline Waliuba, Anjeline Odhiambo (USA), Patrice Nyongesa amongst others.

Grandmother of Shanice, Pearlyne, Nathan, Nichole,Thomas, Eliana, David, Bradley (UK), Sean, Chloe, Christa Angel, Ben junior, Michelle, Yvonne, Teddy, Ivan, Adrian, Ethan, Enes, Darmian among others.

She was a beloved grandmother, Aunt and friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at her home in Wamono Village, Lwandanyi Location/Division, Sirisa Constituency, Bungoma West Sub-County.

The cortege leaves Lifecare Hospital Mortuary on 26th July, 2024 at 9:00am for requiem mass at St Paul’s Lwandanyi Catholic Church.

Thereafter, the cortege will proceed to her home for a vigil.

The funeral service and burial will be on 27th July, 2024 at her home in Wamono Village from 10:00am.
