MADAM JUDITH ANYANGO OGUNDE

1940 – 2020

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God that we announce the passing of Madam Judith Anyango Ogunde of Gem Kaudha, Siaya County on 14 November 2020.

Loving wife of the late John Matthew Ogunde Oduko. Daughter of the late Christopher Ogola Ambala and the late Ruth Apondi Ogola. Mother of Lillian Ogunde (Survey Department Kisumu), Oscar Ogunde (Symbion Nairobi), Vincent Ogunde (Siaya County), Benard Ogunde (Kenya Ports Authority Mombasa) and Nelly Ogunde (MSI Nairobi). Sister of the late Otieno Aggrey Ambala, Barrack Odhiambo Ambala, Jacob Ambala and Jane Odhiambo. Mother-in-law of the late Dan Ng’iendo, Irene Suubi Ogunde, Sheila Atieno, Josephine Linda Anyango and Rose Awino.

Grandmother of John, Musa, Ruth, Judy, Ashley, Nicole, Daniella, Mathew, Alexie, Levi, Jr, John Junior, Opiyo, Odongo, Austin, Mathews (Daddy), Letitia, Chris and the late Matthew. Sister-in-law of the late Charles Omollo, the late Jael Obaje, William Ochieng, the late James Ondigo, the late Joseph Oluoch, the late Ogunde Oduko, Siprose Omware, the late Alex Oduko, Pamela Ogango,Aoko Nyamere, Maurice Ododo and late Mika Apiyo.

There will be a funeral service on Thursday 26th November, 2020 at Power of Jesus Around the World Church in Kisumu.

Burial will be on Friday 27th November, 2020 at her home in Gem Kaudha, Siaya County.
