It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Madam Teresa Omolo Omollo (head teacher Mawego Mixed Primary School).

Beloved wife to retired teacher Yonah Omollo Miyai of Konyango Jieri, Kendu bay, co-wife to Grace Omollo. Daughter of the late Jaduong’ Ochiel Opiyo and the late Mama Philista Ochiel of Sakwa Awendo. She was Daughter in law to the late Timon Miyai and late Risper Nyaigo of Konyango Majieri, Kendu Bay. Beloved Mother to Norrington Otieno (Timon Stores, Oyugis), Nerisha Omollo (Segero, Migori), John Obuya (Timon Miyai Investments, Oyugis), Olgah Awuor (Co-operative Bank, Nrb), Joseph Ochiel (UON) and Loving Step Mother to Gordon Ouma (Absa Bank, Kitale), DorothyAkoth, Steve Omollo(KDF), Sharon Awino and Wendy Achieng’.

Sister to Akoko Odongo, Patrick Otieno, Daniel Ochiel, Charles Aumo, Ass. Chief Jared Ochiel, Sospeter Ochiel, Joas Owino, Tetio Ochiel, Kennedy Miguna, late Hellen Akello, Joice Oiya, Caren Ogwe, Mary Opecho, Debora Ochieng’, Monica Andala, Gladis Aoko and Ruth Ochieng. Sister in law to Richard Ochieng Miyai (Tajri), Elly Ochuma Miyai, James Onunga Miyai, late Helida Atieno Ochieng, Emily Ochieng, Zilpa Ochuma, late Elizabeth Onunga Madam Teresa and Penina Onunga.

Grandmother to Melony,Trevor, Kelly, Preston, Timon, Kyle, Adrian, Tessie, Glen, Jayden, Milan, Malia, Gavin Ion and the Late Keon. Nyawana to Jaduong’ Zadock Arara (Nyakach, Sango), Mwalimu Benard Juma (Nyagowa, Oyugis), the late Joseph Otieno (Kaksingri, Migori),Alex Osamo (Ugenya), and the late Joseph Ng’iendo Otieno Kodumo.

The Cortege leaves Gendia Mission Hospital Mortuary on Friday 21st January 2022 at 7.30 am for final resting place at her home next to Oneno Nam Primary School, Konyango, Kendu Bay.
