MAJ. (RTD.) CPT. DANIEL MUINDE KITUA

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of Maj. (Rtd.) Cpt. Daniel Muinde Kitua. He died on the 22nd of December 2021 through a tragic road accident.

He was son to the late George Kitua and Monica Mulaa Kitua. He was loving husband to Rosemary Muinde Kitua, the late Irene Nyakaro Muguiyi, Lucy Wambui Muinde and Bethsheba Nyamweya Muinde.

Father to Liz Muthike Kitua, Fitzgerald Muinde Kitua, Margaret Njeri Kitua, Alma Njeri Kitua, Daisy Muthike Kitua, Bella Mumbi Kitua and Shanoir Mulaa Kitua and Father-in-law to Col. Alex Nteere and Dr. Allan Gray Mukuzi (The Nairobi Hospital). Grandfather to seven grandchildren.

He was brother to Mutuku Kitua, Evarine Muinde Kilunda, Solomon Kitua, Philip Kitua, the late Kavila Muange and Kinama Kitua and many more.

Daily meetings are currently being held at the Don Bosco Catholic Church in Upperhill starting from 4pm, his farm in Ithanga and at his mother’s home in Wamunyu.

A fundraiser will be held on the 4th of January 2022 at Don Bosco Catholic Church in Upperhill, Nairobi. Financial contributions can be channeled through M-Pesa Paybill number 891300 account: KITUA.

His requiem mass will be held at Don Bosco Catholic Church in Upperhill on the 7th of January 2022 and his burial will be held on the 8th of January 2022 at his home in Kavilila village, Milaani sub-location, Ndithini location, Masinga sub-county.
