Makenzie Alfred Mueke

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Makenzie Alfred Mueke on the 10th February 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Son of the late Mueke Katin’ga and the late Julia Syovata. He was husband of Rose Mwende, Father of Tony and Lydia, the late Lilly, Susan and Mwatu, Mueni and Joseph, Sammy and Joan. Grandfather of Barbara, Nzau and Zara among others. Brother of Mumo and Mwikali, the late Kimanthi and Tatu, the late Kali and the late Josephine, the late Nelson and Mwende, Kating’a, Kaleli and Syombua, Martha and Ngalaka. Son in law of the late Nzuki and the late Syoindo. Step brother of the late Nathan and Kilungya. Uncle of Mueke, Karisa, Purity, Diana, Kioko, Mwendwa, Kanini, Maundu, Dan, Mbuvi, the late Julius Wambua among others. Cousin of the late Kiema, Mutua, Nguli, Muthembwa, Hon. Roy Kivusyu, Jane Mwanza, Lenah, Wambua, Sarah Munyao among others.

Family, friends and well-wishers are meeting daily at Garden Square starting from 5:00pm.

There will be a funds drive on Thursday 20th February 2020 at the same venue.

The burial will take place in Kitui County Mulango Ward Kathukini village on Saturday, 22nd February 2020 from 11.00am.
