Sister of the late (Moses Okoth Okoyo, Leah Awuor Gondi, Ayub Otieno Okoyo, Joel Odhiambo Okoyo, Samwel Otieno Okoyo, Washington Odhiambo Amemba and Patrick Ohanya).

Mother of Erick Akwiri Dembeng’s, Jane Orwa, Slizsah Akinyi Ombeng (Principal Lubinu Girls), Sarah Betty Ombeng (St. Marks’ Obambo) and Haggai Ong’echa Ombeng. Step-mother of Hillary Ochieng Ombeng, Adhiambo, Atieno and Akinyi Ombeng.

Grandmother of the late Ludia Akwiri Romeo Akwiri, Benvolio Akwiri, Joel Akwiri, Sam Akwiri, James Akwiri, Abisage Akwiri, Fiona Akwiri, Susan Akwiri, Michelle Akwiri, Ruth Akwiri, Steven Orwa, Fouby Akinyi Mwangi, Nick Orwa, Linda Orwa, Mike Doughty Okoth, Fred Leakey, Lucy and Gandhi. Great-grandmother of Jane Romeo Akwiri, Joy Romeo Akwiri, Anusha, Lydia Joel Akwiri, Sam Steve Orwa, Kyle, Iris, Jane Steff and Seven. Aunt of the late Jecton Achiro, Hezbon Olum, Paul Gondijairo Okoth, Olga & Isabelle Okoth, Barrack Otieno Jack, Tank, Mrs Kramer (Germany), Wambo and Oduor Ohanya.

Mother-in-law of Jane Akwiri, the late Samson Orwa, Carolyn Akwiri, Beatrice Ong’echa Akwiri Ombeng and Jemima Ongecha. In-law of John Olum (Muhoroni), Elly Otiende (Uyoma Kagwa), Babu and Florence Okong’o (Seme Kitmikayi). Sister- in-law of the late Jared Okal, the late James Ayugi, the late Walter Obara, the late Jane Oremo, the late Ruth Agolla, the late Jenipher Were, the late Boaz Anyona, Jecton Moi and Elly Openji.

The body is lying at Owen Mortuary, Bondo. Burial will be her home in Asembo Village, Kawamang’aria School, on 18th September, 2021, Siaya County.
