We announce the death of Mama Agnes Gechemba Bokea which occurred on Friday. 24th July 2020 at Aga Khan Hospital, Kisii.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph Bokea Ondaba. Daughter of the late Sokoro and the late Nyatichi. Mother of Francis. Margaret, the late Cecilia; Crispin, Helen; Edward, Flora; Samuel, Mellen and Kemunto; Teresa Kemunto; Mary Kerubo and Gladys Gesare. Sister of Susana Monari, the late Omosa, Ondieki, the late Makori, and late Matundurara, Moibori Omwabo the late Clemencia Oiruria; & Billiah Ondaba, Lydia Ondaba and Veronica Ondaba.

Grandmother of Edna & Dismas Moindi; Judy; Pauline & Alfred; Nancy & Hilda Ondaba; Onsando & Dominic among others. Aunt of the Oisebes; Oiururias; Orodabas; Christoper Okari, Bartholomew Sunda among others.

The cortege leaves RAM Hospital Mortuary, Kisii on Thursday, 30th July 2020 at 9.00 am. A requiem mass and burial will take place at her home, Kiangongi Su-Location, Bobasi Bogetunya, Kisii on the same day from 1.00pm.

 May her soul rest in eternal peace.
