MAMA AGNES WANJUGU THEURI

It is with great sorrow and sense of loss that we, the Theuri family, announce the untimely passing on of Mama Agnes Wanjugu Theuri of Marmanet, Nyahururu.

Daughter of the late Kariuki lchangai and the late Anna Wahu Kariuki. Wife of the late Stanley Theuri and beloved mother of Albert and Peris Kariuki (Nairobi), Boniface and Rachel Karanja (Juja), Dickson and Muthoni lchangai (Nairobi), Stephen and Peninah Mwangi (Nyahururu), Florence and Richard Githiri (Juja), Lawrence and Andrea Mureithi (Germany) ,Benson and Matilda Theuri (Nairobi) and Winfred Wahu (Nyahururu).

Sister of the late James Ichangai Kariuki (Eldoret), the late Joseph Githua Kariuki (Kamulu) and the late Christopher Gaita Kariuki (Pioneer Estate, Nairobi). She was sister in law of the late Mary Ichangai, Esther Wakarima and Lucy Gaita. Auntie of Anne Wahu (Mombasa), Gladys Karinge (Gikomba) and Kariuki Gaita (Gikomba) among others. She leaves behind several grand and great grand-children.

Family and friends are meeting daily at PCEA St. Andrews Church, Nairobi for burial preparations.

Agnes will be laid to rest on 5th August 2021 at her home in Ol-Jabet, Marmanet, Laikipia County.
