MAMA BATHSHEBA MOKEIRA MABEYA

It is with profound sadness that we inform you of the sudden death of Mama Bathsheba Mokeira Mabeya on the early hours of the 9th June 2024 after a short illness.

She hailed from Kiango village, Kiango Sub-location, Bomachoge Borabu Constituency, Gucha Sub-county, Kisii County.

She is the daughter of the late Nyangenya and the late Mama Aloisa Nyangenya. Sister of Makaye, Nyakoinani, Ondara, Mose, Moraa, Nyatwori [All late] and Mama Dorcas among others.

Wife of Mzee Isaac Mabeya Anyieni. Co-wife of the late Birita Moraa and Joyce.

Daughter-in-law of the late Mzee Heradion Anyieni and the late Mama Peninah Nyamanyi and Mama Moraa.

Loving mother of Loise & the late Nyanchongi, Subera & Nyabonda, Eucabeth, Lumumba & Vane, Nyanchama & James, Robert & Menensia, Richard & Maggy, Albert & Lisa and Lucas & Kerubo, Henry, Kerubo, Koina, Ken Shorty, Richard U.S.A among others.

Sister-in-law of the late Hon. Zephaniah Mogunde Anyieni,Yunuke, Jerusah, Mogusu, Anna, the late Mary, the late Daniel, the late marikia and Kepha. Nyarangi, Ogetange Dr. Anyieni among others.

(Co-wife, in-law, aunt) of; the Anyienis, Ontwekas, Ombogos, Jumas,Obubas Korera of; Maroro, Keroro, Nyong’a, Okindo, Siro, Onyancha & Ocharo.

Loving Grandmother of 28 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren among others.

Friends and family are meeting on selected days at Sagret Hotel, Nairobi and at her Kiango home.

The main Fundraising will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Maxwell SDA Church, Old Sanctuary starting 5:30 PM.

Burial will be on Friday 28th June, at Kiango sub location, Bomachoge Borabu Constituency, Gucha Sub-County, Kisii County
