It is with deep sorrow & humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of elder Mama Damaris Ongoro, which occurred on Wednesday 25/11/2020, at Jaramogi Oginga OdInga Referral Hospital, ICU.

Loving wife of the late Mzee Pancras Ongoro Akumu. Co-wife of Mary Ongoro & the late Margaret Ongoro. Mother of Martline Waindi (Kolwa), Eunice Omollo (Awendo), Richard Ongoroh (MUSCO), Jane Njiri(Kericho), Ben Ongoroh (Mombasa), Barack Ongoro (Ksm), Albert Ongoroh (LVSWB Ksm), Walter Ongoroh (Tenwek High School), CPA Rose Odipo (Kisumu County), Charles Ongoroh (MUWASCO, Muran’ga), Pst Edward Ongoroh (Nbi), Erick Ongoroh (Bondo), Agnes Dan (KIWASCO Ksm), Molly Ojwando (Ksm), Evans Ongoroh (Breweries Ksm), Pst. The cortege leaves Star Annex Mortuary Kisumu on Friday 18/12/2020 for her home in Muhoroni. The burial is Scheduled to take place on Saturday 19/ 12/2020 at Mzee Ongoro’s homestead in God Abuoro, Yago Village.
