Mama Dursila Atieno Diero

We regret to announce the death of Mama Dursila Atieno Diero. Wife of the late Pastor Stephen Diero which occurred on the 6th March 2020 in Nairobi after a long illness.

Daughter of the Late Pastor Elisha Olero and Mama Adah Yambo of Wayando Rusinga Island. Sister of the late Moses, the late Samuel, the late Jacob, the late Ishmael, the late Miriam, late Judith and late Jemima. Sister-in-law of the Late Philemon Amayo, the late James Okoth, Robert Ayoma, the late Peninah, and late Elsa. Nyiek Elsa Amayo, late Maren Okoth, Mary Ayoma. Mother of Mary Otieno, Greta Ooro, Tom Diero, Isaiah Diero, Mabel Wendo, Esther Osewe, Samwel Diero, Prof. Lameck Diero, Roslyn Okeyo, Jacob Diero. Mother in Law of Pet, Christine, Coleta, the late Bertha, Wendy, Jason, Malachi, Dan, Jorim and Moses. Grandmother of Judith, Ken, Patrick, Elma, Philip, Ronald, Wendy, Gayle, Diana, Matilda, Kennedy, Mercy, Michael, Beidine, Janice, Belinda, Timothy, Asaph, Elma Stephen, Tony among others and several great grandchildren.

There will be fundraising to defray funeral expenses at S.D.A Church Nairobi Central on Sunday the 15th March 2020 from 2:00p.m.

Family and friends are meeting daily form 5 pm at S.D.A Church Nairobi Central in the General preparation room. The funeral service will held at S.D.A Church Nairobi Central on the 17th March 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

The Cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on the 18th March 2020 for her home in Kokoth Kateng Location, Kakelo village, Homa Bay County. The burial will take place on the 19th March 2020 from 10.00am.
