Mama Helida Adhiambo Ogada

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the death of Mama Helida A. Ogada.

Loving wife of Cllr. Samuel Ogada Ogira (Fundi Tosha). She was the co-wife of the late mama Rusalia Ogada. Beloved daughter of the late Musa Okundi Mirwai and the late Dorca Ogembo Okundi. Daughter in law of the late Ogira Ombuto and Mama Marcella Njeje. Dedicated mother of Ben & Dorothy, Kepha & Elain, Emilly & Peter, The Late Evans, Winnie & Gabriel, Nick & Antonina, Moses & Kavutha, Vidah, Kelly. She was also mother of Charles, Dorcas, Jimmy, Lynnette, John, Jack, Eric, David, Sella and the late Agot, Luke, Asenath and Meline.

Helida was cherished and adored by her siblings and step siblings; Nereah Omune, Hon. Comm Eng. Philip Okundi & the late Phelgona Okundi, Perez Okombo, Elizabeth Ogik, Lazarus Odiwuor, the late Johnson Ayieko – Dorina & the late Margaret Ayieko, the late Jonathan Okeyo – the late Nelly & Monica Okeyo, the late Hellen Owuor; Her step brothers were the late; Charles Ogwang, Daniel Ojijo, Luke Nyandiek, Caleb Owino, Meshack Oloo,Tom Odhiambo and her surviving step mother, Mama Eucabeth.

She is also survived by her in-laws, Peter Ogira, Susan Ochieng, Esther Ayieko and Duccila Modi. She was also preceded in death by in laws; Ayieko Modi and Nyakinda Ogira. She was preceded in death by her step sisters, Rael Nyalele, Margaret Malit, Teresia Okech, and Esther Atieno; and her step mothers Deborah, Wilikista, Auma and Phoebe. Nyawana of the late Wilfred Ogaga, the late Aike Adede. Dismas Ochieng, the late James Osodo among others. She was Aunty, Niece and Grandmother of many.

There will be a fund raising at Nairobi Central SDA church on 26/03/2020 at 5 PM to defray medical and burial expenses. Contributions are encouraged through PAYBILL: 8014845 – A/C no. your name.
