It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Mama Jenaide Wangari Kirira which occurred on Thursday 16/07/2020.

Daughter of the late Kumina Maina and the late Jane Wanjiru. Sister of the late Ephantus Mwangi, Christine Wangeci of Gakindu Nyeri, the late Raphael Wanjohi, the late Grace Wambiu, the late Nderitu Kumina and Lawrence Theuri of Gakindu Nyeri County. Beloved wife of the late Paul Kirira Kuyana. Mother of Grace Wangui (Mwihoko), Fr. Maina (Kanyagia Parish), Jecinta Wanjiru (Ndunyu Njeru Dispensary), Mary Wairimu (Wanjohi Pry Sch), Eng. Kumina Kirira (KeNHA Nairobi), Christine Wangeci and Veronica Wahu (Wanjohi), Cecilia Wangari (Thiru Sec. Sch), Samuel Gichohi (Iten) and the late Margaret Wanjiku. Foster mother of Ephantus Mwangi (Boteria Agency Nyahururu). Mother-in-law of Peter Githu, Gerrison Wahinya, Edward Mbuthia, Andrew Kihara (Karandi Sec.), Gladys Nyambura, Catherine Wanjira and Naomi Wairimu.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Wanjohi Location-Kipipiri and Mwihoko Estate in Ruiru Sub-County at 5.00pm as per Covid Protocols.

The cortege leaves North Kinangop Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 22nd July, 2020 at 8.00am for burial at her farm in Wanjohi Location in Kipipiri Sub-County Nyandarua County.
