MAMA JUDITH OTENG’O LIKHAYO

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the death of Mama Judith Oteng’o Likhayo, which occurred in Nairobi on 15th July, 2023 after a long illness, bravely borne.

Daughter to the late Mzee Christopher Ohabo and the late Mama Sophia Akane Ohabo.

The wife to the late Jackson Obadiah Likhayo. Loving mother to Winfred Muriithi Likhayo (of Wynton House of Music), Christopher Omwangala Likhayo, Caroline Atemo Likhayo, Racheal Anubi Likhayo and Andrew Apwoka Likhayo. Mother in law to Anthony Muriithi (Wynton House of Music). Grandmother to Isaac Ochieng, Abigail Muriithi, Jessy Mwangi, Sophie Likhayo, and Sonia Likhayo.

Beloved sister to the late Penina Chole, the late Abigael Oyele, Jeska Ehachi, the late William Osore, the late Charles Onaya and Beatrice Dorice Ombima.

Sister in law to Benson Likhayo, John Likhayo, the late Gilbert Kwendo and the late Harrison Likhayo.

Sister-in-law to the late Melsa Osore, Bernadette Onaya and Arc Bishop Elisha Ombima.

`Co-wife’ to Margaret Likhayo, Rose Likhayo,Anne Oyiela and Veronica Kwendo. Auntie and grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on Friday 21st July, 2023 at 9.00a.m. for a requiem service at ACK Holy Trinity Church Makina at 10.00a.m. and thereafter for a vigil night at her house in Ayany Estate.

The burial is scheduled for Monday the 24th July, 2023 at her home in Emmutsa Village, Bunyore in Vihiga County starting at 10.00a.m.
