It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the final resting of mama Mary Abwao Onyango at Christammarriane Hospital Kisii town.

Mary was the daughter of the late Mzee Joel Achayo and Late Mama Dorcas Achayo of Gem Karariw.

Beloved wife of the Late Ernest Francis Onyango Ogola of Ninga Village, Got Osimbo sublocation Uholo. Siaya County.

Mother of Late Lucy Atieno, Major(r) Patrick Gwill (Agripa), Pamela Okulo Opeya, Lillian Onyango, Jasper Jei Anduro, Anne Muga, Sr. Caroline Onyango FSJ of Asumbi Girls High School and Pauline Achayo of NIQ. Dotting Grandmother of Maryanne, Sarah, Marygoretty, Christabel, Stephanie, Ernest, Ruby, Joan, Kevin, Norah, Albert, Emmanuel, Neville, Wayne, Ernest, Jabali, Mike, Kiddi, Dánne, Gweth and Ernest.

Great-grandmother of Tamara, Myles, Mike, Ivy, Ava, Ayla, Darrel, Marie Hawi, Marie Cruz and Larry.

Sister of the Late Paulina Agutu, Late John Ochieng Achayo, Late Norah Anyango Nyamgero, Late Ominde Achayo, Late Nerea Danda, Late Jim Achayo; and Janet Apondi Onyango. Sister-in-law of Late Nicholas Abonyo, Late Wilfrida Aloo Ayoga; Late Herenia Atieno; Late Omondi Ogola and Patricia Omondi, Late Ephraim Abonyo and Mary Abonyo; Gertruda Odhuongo, Margaret Rabuoche, Late Sr.Alphonse Akinyi FSJ, Late Gabriel Ogola and Caroline Ogola.

Mama Mary Abwao will be laid to rest on Wednesday 17th July 2024 with Eucharistic Celebration Starting 9 am at Ninga Village, Got Osimbo Sub – Location, East Uholo Location, Sigomre Division, Ugunja Sub-county St  Michaels Sigomere paris Officiated by His Grace Rt. Rev Bishop Maurice Muhatia Mukamba.

Friends and Family are meeting at All Saints Cathedral on Thursday 11 July and Friday 12 July 2024 from 5.00 pm for prayers and mini fundraising.
